- Boone County Fair – 8/5-10/2019 – Burlington – The Boone County 4-H and Utopia Fair is located at 5819 Idlewild Rd Burlington, Kentucky. The Fair was started in 1932 as part of the 4-H and Agriculture activities of the University of Ky Extension program.
