A farm to table to farm brewpub,From the Earth Brewing is all about going full circle when it comes to local. Run by a triumverate of 3 men who each bring a unique set of skills, From the Earth Brewing is taking a unique path to make their mark on the crowded craft brew scene.

Tim Stevens has been in the restaurant industry in one way or the other since age 15. During his work, he ran across acclaimed award winning Chef Kevin Rathbun. Together they formed Good Earth. Enter Veteran Brewmaster and Co-founder of Sweetwater, Kevin McNerney as Head Brewing Consultant, and it’s a recipe for success.

“The cuisine and the well-balanced beers at the brewpub is a vision I’ve had for quite some time. I want it to come full circle: sourcing our product as fresh and as local as we can. We want to give back to our local food partners, one way is by giving our spent grain from brewing to local farmers to feed their cattle and animals. We will also incorporate that spent grain in our house-made breads and even plan to make dog treats for our four-legged patrons. We want to become a part of this community in every way possible,” says Tim Stevens on the From The Earth website.

A look at current brews on tap include an unfiltered cider, a saison, nut brown, a smattering of IPAs, pilsners, stouts and wits.
