Tropical Storm Humberto is adding to the pain and destruction Dorian left on the Abaco Islands this morning and then is expected to move East away from Florida and the Carolinas.
Meanwhile a new Tropical system will be watched for development in the Gulf Coast.

Tropical Disturbance in Gulf Has Texas and Louisiana Watching
A large area of showers and thunderstorms over the eastern Gulf of
Mexico is primarily associated with a upper-level low pressure
area. Only slow development of this system is likely during the
next couple of days. However, conditions could become more
conducive for development early next week as the system moves
over the western Gulf of Mexico.
