Good Morning!! In a year that makes it feels like Monday every day, another first is possible to start your week next week. Two hurricanes making simultaneous landfall in the Gulf of Mexico.
Folks from Corpus Christie to Miami should be making preparations this weekend while both of these tropical depressions are strengthening in the Caribbean.
For a better idea of what we are looking at catch Meteorologist Eddie Holmes this afternoon at 1:30 p.m. CST on Y’all TV on our Facebook page.
Also, as intrepid editor of Yall.com… I am in Isla Mujeres, Mexico, just off the coast of Cancun and in the direct path of what is expected to be a Tropical Storm or possible Cat 1 by tomorrow. So, I will be doing some live updates from there as we learn more about the path of both storms.
So here is the latest on both storms. This will be the last time we combine both storms in the same article. As soon as they are named, each will get it’s own article.
Next update will be late afternoon or evening today from us.
