ACC and Notre Dame
According to multiple reports, the ACC Board of Directors voted to proceed with an 11 -game football schedule that would include FBS Independent Notre Dame.
The first games would be September 12.
But, it is with the caveat of “only if public health guidance allows”.
All ACC school and Notre Dame will play 10 conference game and 1 non-conference game.
Notre Dame is eligible for the ACC Championship Game.
The non-conference game must be against a team in their home state.
There will be no divisions, top 2 teams go to the ACC Championship.
2 bye weeks are built in.
ACC Championship Game would be played on Dec. 12 or 19 in Charlotte, NC
